Anyone (irrespective of sex, caste, race, ethnicity and breed) between the age group of 15 to 29 can obtain the membership of smart club if he/she has fulfilled the following criteria:

Ø  Attendance of Civic Concerns Workshop with regular 7 sessions

 Process involved in the membership

 Ø  First of all, the executive member should be contacted for the collection of membership form.

Ø  Thorough filling up of form is required.

Ø  Submission of form along with the membership fee, one PP and auto size photo should be done. (PP for form and auto for Membership Identity Card)

Ø  Membership should be renewed after each six months. If the renewal is not done then the membership will be automatically seized.

Ø  Altogether eight months will be opened for the membership, viz:

From February to May

From August to September

Ø  Registration fee: 150

Ø  Renewal charge: 100

Final decision for the membership is reserved in the hand of executive member.  After the approval of membership, the Membership identity card will be provided for the deserving candidates.
